OTTAWA, ON and GRAPEVINE, TX – June 8, 2005 – Cactus Commerce Inc., a provider of ebusiness

today announced at the U Connect Conference that Allstream, one of Canada’s leading business
communication solutions providers, is using Cactus technology to provide Hospital Logistics Inc.
with a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) supply chain management solution.
Allstream, a Cactus Strategic Partner, announced last week an agreement with Hospital Logistics
Inc., a company that provides third party logistics services including hospital supplies to hospitals
across the Greater Toronto Area. This announcement marked the first phase roll-out of Allstream’s
portfolio of RFID solutions.
