Do you FTAF or SWYN? If not, you're missing out

A new article by emarketer.com suggests that dedicated links that allow e-mail subscribers to easily “forward to a friend” (FTAF) or “share with your network” (SWYN) are two ways marketers can help their messages go viral. While forwarding an email link to a friend may be considered old school in light of the newer social network sharing options, it remains in the lead with 41% of retailers choosing this option. In contrast only 6% SWYN, while 7% offer both options. SWYN will undoubtedly increase as more and more retailers take the social networking plunge.
