Jean-Yves Martineau, Founder and Chief Technology
Officer
Jean-Yves Martineau founded Cactus Commerce in 1995 and has in-depth experience in the areas of business development, technology solutions, business consulting and software product development. He is responsible for the company’s strategic vision as well as the software and solution delivery methodology.
Mr. Martineau has helped develop e-commerce strategies for enterprise customers and partners such as Microsoft, Cable & Wireless America, PwC Consulting, Avanade and Dell Computer Corp. He is a member of Microsoft's e-Business Partner Advisory Council (PAC), Microsoft's RFID PAC and a founding member of the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) PAC. Mr. Martineau has recently joined the EPC Global Software Action Group, which oversees the software applications portion of the emerging RFID market.
Mr. Martineau received his certification on the Microsoft Solutions Framework and studied computer science at the University of Quebec in Hull (UQAH).

Tony Marinelli, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Marinelli brings Cactus over 20 years of professional experience in the information technology industry, along with a strong business and technology management background. He has extensive experience in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, technology solutions, business consulting and software product development.
Mr. Marinelli has directed the evolution of the company from a predominantly service-based model to a packaged software solution model. In addition, he directed the effort to raise venture capital as well as securing a strategic partnership with Microsoft. Mr. Marinelli has experience working with large fortune 1000 customers worldwide selling complex technology solutions and spanning virtually all market segments.
He has held several executive-level roles at Cognicase Inc., now CGI, a publicly-traded IT consulting company. Prior to Cognicase, Mr. Marinelli was the founder and managing partner of Marinbridge Corporation.

Fab Di Carlantonio, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
With over 10 years of experience in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, Mr. Di Carlantonio is responsible for managing all sales activities for Cactus Commerce. He oversees the planning, development and execution of sales and marketing communication strategies and is responsible for extending Cactus' brand leadership.
Prior to joining Cactus in August of 2002, Mr. Di Carlantonio gained a wealth of experience in selling IT consulting services and solutions to a large fortune 1000 customer base. Mr. Di Carlantonio held a variety of senior sales and marketing management roles, including VP, Sales and Marketing for Non-Linear Creations as well as Senior Director of eBusiness at Cognicase, Inc. (now CGI, a publicly traded IT consulting company).

Ryan Donovan, Executive Vice President
Mr. Donovan brings a combination of enterprise product development and professional services leadership background to Cactus Commerce, leading their largest divisions into an era of growth and expansion. He oversees the planning, development and execution of Cactus' Services and Product organizations, including the development of Commerce Server under the joint partnership with Microsoft.
Prior to Cactus Commerce, Mr Donovan was the Product Unit Manager of the Microsoft Commerce and Web hosting team in the Developer Division where he was responsible for Microsoft's technical strategy and server product offerings for the Web Hosting and e-Commerce spaces, including the Commerce Server product-line. Previously, he held several business and technical leadership roles within Microsoft Services and various program management roles with the COM+/IIS product unit for Windows 2000.
Outside of Microsoft, Mr. Donovan also spent several years as a freelance consultant, providing architectural and process advice to the IT leadership teams of numerous healthcare organizations in the Pacific Northwest. During the Dot Com heyday, he also started the Microsoft practice for Free Range Media, which was ultimately acquired by AvenueA/RazorFish as well as served as a founding employee and Chief Technology Officer for iCARumba, Inc., a Seattle, WA-based automotive Internet startup. |
