| Tony Marinelli - Chief Executive Officer
Tony Marinelli brings to Cactus over 20 years of professional experience in the information technology industry, along with a strong business and technology management background. He has extensive experience in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, technology solutions, business consulting and software product development.
Tony has directed the evolution of the company from a predominantly service-based model to a packaged software solution model. In addition, he directed the effort to raise venture capital as well as securing a strategic partnership with Microsoft. Tony has experience working with large fortune 1000 customers worldwide selling complex technology solutions and spanning virtually all market segments.
He has held several executive-level roles at Cognicase Inc., now CGI, a publicly-traded IT consulting company. Prior to Cognicase, Tony was the founder and managing partner of Marinbridge Corporation.
Tony received his Bachelor of Management Information Systems and Operations Research degree from the University of Ottawa. |

Fab Di Carlantonio - Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
With over 15 years of experience in the areas of business development, sales and marketing, Mr. Fab Di Carlantonio has executive responsibility for managing all sales and marketing activities at Cactus Commerce.
Under Fab’s direction, Cactus evolved its consulting business to include the required digital marketing services necessary to transform its clientele into digital leaders. This includes the acquisition of web personalization technology and integration of other complementary digital marketing services such as usability, optimization and analytics.
Prior to joining Cactus in August of 2002, Fab gained a wealth of experience in selling digital marketing and technology solutions to large fortune 1000 customers. He has held a variety of senior sales and marketing management roles, including VP, Sales and Marketing for Non-Linear Creations as well as Senior Director of eBusiness at Cognicase, Inc. (now CGI, a publicly traded IT consulting company).

Ryan Donovan - Executive Vice President
Mr. Ryan Donovan brings a combination of enterprise product development and professional services leadership background to Cactus Commerce. He oversees the planning, development and execution of Cactus' Services and Product organizations, including the development of Microsoft® Commerce Server under the joint development partnership with Microsoft Corporation.
Ryan joined Cactus from Microsoft Corporation, where he was most recently a Product Unit Manager in Developer Division and responsible for leading the Commerce Server business unit, as well as initially establishing the joint partnership with Cactus. Prior to his role on Commerce Server, Ryan led the Retail Industry practice for Microsoft Services for the West Region and worked in various program management roles within the COM+/IIS team for Windows 2000. Outside of Microsoft, Ryan has held a variety of e-commerce- and Internet-related product development and professional services roles within the Pacific Northwest.

Jacques Brodeur - Chief Financial Officer
With over 15 years of experience in the area of corporate financial management in the technology sector, Jacques Brodeur joined Cactus in October 2007. In the role of CFO, Jacques is responsible for the executive management of financial operations, corporate planning and budgeting, tax, treasury and investor relations. Jacques also provides corporate guidance regarding accounting and funding policies to ensure the integrity of the company’s financial information as well as optimizing the investment of financial capital in order to create sustainable value.
Previously, Jacques held the position of Vice President of Finance for Optelian Access Networks, a designer of optical transport solutions for the telecommunications industry. In that role, he successfully managed triple digit growth while improving profitability and securing a private round of financing. He was also Director of Finance for CML Emergency Services, a recognized innovator in 9-1-1 communications systems and mobile radio dispatch, where he was involved in various rounds of financing including mergers and acquisitions. This served as an excellent environment to further develop strong analytical and strategic thinking skills which are critical for navigating complex business challenges.
Jacques received his Bachelor in Commerce with a minor in finance from Sherbrooke University and he is a Certified General Accountant (CGA).

Judy Doggett - Vice President, Human Resources
With a strong background in Recruitment, Resource Management and various aspects of Organizational and HR Program Development, Judy is responsible for the management and execution of all aspects of Human Resources, Resource Management and Recruitment at Cactus Commerce.
Judy brings to Cactus previous experience in the development and execution of recruitment strategies and implementation, talent acquisition and planning, and HR development. She has held a variety of roles in recruitment, resource management and HR Management. Previous company experience includes a variety of roles at Nortel and Cognicase as well as experience running her own company, focusing on recruitment and talent planning.
Judy received her Bachelor of Arts- Sociology from Queens University, along with her post graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Humber College. She was certified by HRPAO (CHRP) shortly after and is currently a member of ORRA. |
